Can we start with the smallest programme and move to a larger one later?
Yes. Many clients begin with the Operational Practices Review to get a clear picture of where things stand, and then decide whether a follow-on programme makes sense for them. There is no obligation to continue, and the initial review stands on its own as a useful piece of work.
What does the pricing cover?
Each programme fee covers the advisory time, the structured output documents, and any follow-up advisory sessions specified in the programme description. There are no hidden charges. If your situation requires additional scope, we will discuss that openly before proceeding.
How is our business information handled?
All information shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client information without explicit consent. We can formalise this with a standard confidentiality agreement at the start of any engagement if preferred.
Do you work with businesses outside Selangor?
Our office is in Subang Jaya, but we work with firms across Peninsular Malaysia. For businesses in the Klang Valley, some engagements include on-site visits. For those further afield, we work effectively through document exchange and video calls, keeping travel costs out of the equation.
